Community Room - Towne Centre at Carolina Forest

The HTC Community Room is located at 3990 River Oaks Drive, Myrtle Beach inside our Towne Centre retail office.
The room is available evenings and weekends for civic meetings and non-profit business functions. Meetings of a religious or political nature are not accommodated. Events must not conflict with the values and standards of HTC and the local community. |
Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance. Maximum occupancy for the Community Room is one hundred fifty-two (152) and any organization or appointed representative is required to be an existing member of HTC.
