HTC Technical Support/Repair is available twenty-four (24) hours a day by dialing 611 from your HTC landline phone or by dialing 843-365-2186. You may also report trouble by email at any time via http://www.htcinc.net (Simply select Contact HTC and then Repair Service to send email to Repair Department). Customer Service is available by phone Monday-Friday from 8 am-9 pm and Saturday from 9 am-9 pm by dialing 843-365-2154 or by email Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Customer Service is also available via a chat function on www.htcinc.net/support/. Billing Service is available Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm by dialing 843-365-2152.
HTC provides an American Sign Language interrupter at its Annual Membership Meeting. The Annual Meeting is held at the HTC Center at Coastal Carolina University and gives HTC an opportunity to connect with the members of our served communities.
Service Dogs are welcome at all HTC branch offices. All branch offices are wheelchair accessible. If you are paying over the phone or in person, Customer Relations Associates can read your bill to you upon request. HTC provides a Customer Relations Associate who knows American Sign Language at our Main Office located at 3480 Hwy 701 North, Conway SC 29528.
This feature lets you know with a short beep, that another caller is trying to reach you. This feature saves time, and emergency calls can always get through. In addition to Call Waiting features, Call Waiting Deluxe lets you see the Call Waiting party's phone number while you are on an existing call. Call Waiting Deluxe is used in conjunction with the Caller ID feature. The deluxe option is used in conjunction with the caller ID feature and uses a special display device located on or next to your phone to allow you to view the call waiting number.
HTC Digital Cable supports Closed Captioning on all video programming including TV Everywhere streaming services.
HTC’s corporate website (www.htcinc.net) is compatible with browser magnification and zoom functionality common to most internet browsers.
Visually impaired members may be eligible for free directory assistance service by simply providing HTC with a verification form. Speak with one of our Customer Relations Associates for additional details.
Allows you to choose one telephone number you wish to reach simply by picking up your telephone receiver. An emergency, family or business number-local or long distance will be programmed by HTC (long distance numbers will be billed long distance rates), if you do not dial within 20 seconds of lifting your phone receiver, the number you chose will be automatically and accurately dialed for you.

Access the HTC Directory online or through the HTCSearch App available for Android and iOS users. Using the HTC Directory online will enable users to take advantage of the magnification and zoom feature available in most internet browsers.

The SC Equipment Distribution Program (SC TEDP) which is administered by the SC School for the Deaf and Blind distributes free telephones to qualified applicants who are experiencing difficulty using a standard telephone. Your phone can remember and dial frequently called numbers and emergency numbers faster & more accurate. We offer two Speed Calling options- Speed Calling 8 allows you to press one button to reach 8 of your frequently called numbers. Speed Calling 30 allows you to press two buttons to reach 30 different phone numbers.
Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS):
The Telecommunications Relay Service is a means for the hearing- and speech-impaired citizens of South Carolina to conveniently place and receive telephone calls. No charges apply to local calls. Local telephone companies collect a monthly charge per phone line from every customer to fund the service. All voice subscribers of HTC can dial 711 to access TRS.
Teletypewriter (TTY) Dialing:
A person with a hearing or speech disability can use the telephone system via a Teletypewriter (TTY) or other device to call persons with or without such disabilities. HTC landline phone service is compatible with TTY equipment.
HTC supports feature audio-narrated descriptions on select shows on some popular channels, such as ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, USA, Disney Channel, TNT, Nickelodeon and TBS and more.
As an authorized agent of AT&T, HTC sells smartphones and tablets which provide an abundance of accessible friendly features including compatibility with Hearing Aids. Smartphone and tablet brands may vary, but updated lists can be found here. Device manufacturers such as Apple, Kyocera, LG, Microsoft, and Samsung provide additional brand specific accessibility.
