Instructions for Setting Up Purchase Codes

Purchase Codes can be set-up to prevent unauthorized ordering of movies and/or events. To set-up these codes, follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Press Menu
  2. Go to first icon at bottom of screen (The House); press OK
  3. Go to Setup; press OK (On DVRs it may be on the second page)
  4. Go to PINs Setup; press OK
  5. Arrow down once to second option ("Enter New Purchase PIN")
  6. Enter 4-digit number of your choice (Choose numbers that are easy to remember but hard to guess)
  7. Re-enter 4-digit PIN to confirm purchase code
  8. Press Exit

Instructions for Setting Up Parental Codes

Parental Controls allow you to block shows, movies and events by ratings, channel or time. To set-up Parental Controls, follow the simple instructions below.

  1. Press Menu
  2. Go to first icon at bottom of screen (The House); press OK
  3. Go to Setup; press OK (On DVRs it may be on the second page)
  4. Go to PINs Setup; press OK
  5. Arrow down once to first option ("Enter New Locks PIN")
  6. Enter 4-digit number of your choice (Choose numbers that are easy to remember but hard to guess)
  7. Re-enter 4-digit PIN to confirm purchase code
  8. Press Exit
