HTC Digital Cable Community Connection

Community Connection is a free service of HTC Digital Cable Television providing text-based public service announcements (PSAs) to nonprofit organizations in the HTC service area, including Myrtle Beach, Conway, North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. Community Connection airs on HTC Channel 4 throughout the day between scheduled programming*.

To have your PSA posted, please fill out the PSA Submission Form. All PSAs should meet the following guidelines to be considered for posting.

  • Event must be organized by, and for the benefit of a non-profit organization.
  • Due to the demand for this free posting service, event announcement will be limited to two weeks. Announcements will be posted on a time available basis and no guarantee of total airings will be made.
  • Event must take place within our general viewing area of Horry or Georgetown County.
  • Events must be free and open to the public.
  • Announcement must be sent three weeks prior to event.
  • We do not post announcements for educational institutions, government entities, protest rallies, political rallies, the sale of merchandise, promotion of commercial products, educational courses, training sessions, or material that may be seen as offensive. HTC reserves the right to reject any announcement that does not meet these guidelines or is not appropriate to be broadcast to our members.
