How long will it take to download? With HTC NetRacer it may take up to 10 minutes to Save and Complete the Installation of the software onto your PC; with HTC dial-up service it may take a few hours. 6. Does it matter what Operating System, Memory, or Browser I have? Yes, please refer to the chart provided on the Download Page. 7. What if my Operating System and/or browser worked for the previous Trend Micro Internet Security but not for this one? First uninstall the version you are currently running, then go to the download page and select the version you were using and download and install using the new Product Registration Serial Number to ensure it will not expire for an additional year. 8. Where can I locate my Product Registration Serial Number? The product registration key will be provided on the download web site. 9. What if I don’t understand how to configure my Trend Micro Internet Security (PC-cillin) after it is downloaded?
