You can find phone numbers with just the name of the person and the city and state where that person lives. Local listing inquiries are 50¢ per call, and non-local listing inquiries are 75¢ per call. HTC can immediately connect you to the number you are trying to reach for an additional 30¢ and a low 9.9¢ per minute rate.*
