Inside Wire Maintenance

Single line residential telephone customers now have a choice as to how their inside wiring will be maintained.

• HTC maintains the inside wiring for a monthly per line charge for industry standard wiring and above.
• The minimum charge per visit to clear troubles found due to defective inside wiring is $60.00.*
• Subscriber can make other arrangements for maintenance of inside wiring. There is a minimum charge of $60.00* per premise visit resulting from a report of trouble which is found to be due to defective inside wiring.
