After all we’ve overcome in 2020, this holiday season is the perfect time to show gratitude for even the smallest of kind gestures. HTC is committed to bettering the lives of those who live in the communities we serve, but that wouldn’t be possible without our members.
If not for our members, these three core components of our communities would be missing:
The HTC Helping The Community initiative was launched amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to highlight some of the good deeds we knew were happening in our own neighborhoods, and the response was overwhelming. So many of our members wrote in to tell us how they were impacted by the kindness of a stranger or neighbor. Those heartwarming stories are what make HTC members pillars in our community.
As COVID-19 swept through our communities, HTC put measures in place to ensure we are being safe when visiting a member’s home and only coming inside the residence when necessary. Our installation and repair technicians continue to practice safety measures to minimize health risks associated with the virus. We appreciate your patience as we find innovative ways to navigate this health crisis.
So many of the small businesses owned by HTC members in Horry and Georgetown counties continue to forge through these unprecedented times. Despite the uncertainty and fluctuating economy, HTC business members continue to open their doors, respect local social-distancing regulations, and serve our neighbors.
HTC is thankful for you and what you bring to the Cooperative and our community. HTC holiday hours and closings are noted below for your convenience:
