HTC Suspends Service Disconnects Amid Potential COVID-19 Economic Hardships

As part of the commitment HTC has always carried to keep its members connected in times of hardship and uncertainty, and in preparation for the potential economic impact caused by COVID-19, HTC is temporarily suspending services disconnects for non-payment, effective immediately. Members who are unable to pay their bill due to economic hardship caused by COVID-19 will be encouraged to call our Billing Services Department.

We encourage each member to be proactive in maintaining their health by limiting their in-person visits to HTC facilities and conducting HTC business on our website, HTCinc.net. By creating or accessing My Account, you can pay your account balance, manage your home Wi-Fi, enroll in paperless billing, manage your services and much more.
