Conway, SC – HTC has always been committed to supporting the community it serves and regularly helps supply a need for the local chapter of the American Red Cross.
On Wednesday, February 6, HTC employees showed their love for others and generously gave 22 units, potentially saving as many as 66 lives because each unit has the power to save three lives.
“HTC is so pleased to partner with the American Red Cross to host blood drives every quarter where employees are encouraged to donate in hopes of contributing to the critical need for eligible blood donations so that patients can continue to receive lifesaving treatments,” said Lisa Martin, HTC Senior Marketing Coordinator.
HTC employees have donated more than 2,863 units of blood potentially saving over 8,500 lives since 1999.
The next regularly scheduled quarterly blood drive at HTC is planned for Wednesday, May 16.
