What do I press to wake up my panel?

The panel will go in to conservation mode to conserve batteries, to wake the panel up, gently tap the touch screen and the screen will light up.

How do I arm my alarm system?

To arm your alarm system:

Away mode:

• Tap the lock icon on the left side of the screen
• Another screen will appear, press the red lock entitled “Arm Away”

Stay mode:

• Tap the lock icon on the left side of the screen
• Another screen will appear, press the orange lock entitled “Arm Stay” * If you choose to leave your home, press the Quick Exit option located at the upper left side of the lock icon and you will now have an additional 120 seconds to exit your home/business

How do I disarm or silence an active alarm?

To disarm or silence an active alarm gently tap the touch screen, another screen will appear, then enter your 4 digit code to disarm.

How do I edit the volume, chimes, voice settings, etc., for my alarm?

To edit the volume, chimes, voice settings, chime settings and trouble beeps for your alarm system?

Using the Panel

• Swipe down from the top of the screen
• Select Settings
• Select Advanced Settings
• Enter your 4 digit pin
• Select Sound
  • Once there you can adjust the Volume, Chimes, Voice Settings, Chime Settings and all Trouble Beeps
• Press the House icon to Exit

Using the Alarm.com Mobile App

• Select the Menu button
• Now choose Security System
• Select the Gear Icon in the upper right
• Now choose Sound Settings
• Now choose the Sound Options you prefer

How do I run a system test on my alarm panel?

To run a system test:

• Swipe down from the top of the screen
• Select Settings
  • Select Advanced Settings
  • Enter your 4 digit pin
  • Select System Tests
    • Then based on which test you would like to run, select from Sensor, Cellular, Z-wave, Panel Glass Break Test, Dual Path Test and Panel Test
