Update: Outage affecting cable customers should be resolved

UPDATE: It has been determined that power cycling your set top box and router; unplugging the power cords and plugging them back in; will now resolve the situation. Additional updates will be available on the HTC Facebook page and www.htcinc.net.

 

HTC is aware of an outage affecting some Digital Cable subscribers.

We sincerely apologize for the interruption in service and appreciate your patience. A server that routes the appropriate TV programming to your home is failing to provide the proper information. HTC is in contact with the manufacturer of the equipment and has escalated the issue to its critical support team.

In the interim, we encourage you to try TV Everywhere, an included service with your cable subscription that allows you to watch your favorite programming.

We will provide updates as soon as they become available.
