Recognizing Extraordinary Examples of Leadership

For more than 20 years, HTC has had the pleasure of creating a connection and relationship with our Horry County Schools through the HTC REEL Kids program by honoring students who demonstrate leadership excellence while overcoming life challenges.
For the first time in REEL Kids history, we’re excited announce that our program has expanded to now include not only Horry County schools, but also schools from Georgetown and Marion Counties. HTC encourages school staff members to nominate students that epitomize the spirit of a REEL Kid. Applications came from Horry, Georgetown and Marion Counties, and included students from pre-k through Grade 12. In addition to their recognition videos, each REEL Kid receives a ceremonial Olympic-style award, prizes and gifts at a celebration event later in the year.
Proud to help share these inspirational stories with the community and honor these exemplary students, we will be spotlighting our 2021-2022 REEL Kids award recipients on Facebook every Saturday and Sunday over the next few months. You can also view them here.
