The panel will go in to conservation mode to conserve batteries, to wake the panel up, gently tap the touch screen and the screen will light up.

To arm your alarm system: 

Away mode:

  • Tap the lock icon on the left side of the screen
  • Another screen will appear, press the red lock entitled “Arm Away”

Stay mode:

  • Tap the lock icon on the left side of the screen
  • Another screen will appear, press the orange lock entitled “Arm Stay” * If you choose to leave your home, press the Quick Exit option located at the upper left side of the lock icon and you will now have an additional 120 seconds to exit your home/business

To disarm or silence an active alarm gently tap the touch screen, another screen will appear, then enter your 4 digit code to disarm.

To edit the volume, chimes, voice settings, chime settings and trouble beeps for your alarm system?

  • Select Settings
  • Select Advanced Settings
  • Enter your 4 digit pin
  • Select Sound
    • Once there you can adjust the Volume, Chimes, Voice Settings, Chime Settings and all Trouble Beeps
  • Press the House icon to Exit

To check the weather on your alarm panel:

  • Gently tap the cloud icon on the left corner of the screen.
  • The 4 day forecast will appear, once you are done viewing the forecast, swipe left to go back to your home screen.

To view messages on your alarm panel:

  • Swipe down from the top of the Screen
  • Select Messages Alerts
    • View and acknowledge the message(s) from this screen

To watch video tutorials on your alarm panel:

  • Swipe down from the top of the Screen
  • Select Messages Alerts
    • Select Video Tutorials
    • Select a video to view
  • Once the video ends, swipe down to go back to the home screen

To connect your alarm panel to Wi-Fi:

  • Select Settings
  • Select Advanced Settings
  • Enter your 4 digit pin
  • Select Wifi to connect or Add Wifi Network
  • Select the House Icon to exit

How to test your Wi_Fi connection on your alarm panel:

  • Select Settings
    • Select Advanced Settings
    • Enter your 4 digit pin
    • Select System Tests
    • Select Wi-fi Test
      • Select Run

To run a system test:

  • Select Settings
    • Select Advanced Settings
    • Enter your 4 digit pin
    • Select System Tests
      • Then based on which test you would like to run, select from Sensor, Cellular, Z-wave, Panel Glass Break Test, Dual Path Test and Panel Test

The password is a word and in some instances a number that is set up with you at the time of installation for you to provide to the monitoring company for verification purposes in the event an alarm is triggered. You will need to provide the password to clear the alarm once you receive a call from monitoring.

If you need to change your password, you can do so by calling HTC Technical Support at 843-365-2186, available 24/7. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to go by any local HTC office and present your ID and a representative will be able to assist you.

The passcode is the four-digit PIN that is used to arm and disarm your security system. The passcode is chosen by you and set up at the time of installation, HTC does not have record of your individual passcode.

If you need to change your passcode, you can do so by calling HTC Technical Support at 843-365-2186, available 24/7. If you have forgotten your passcode, please contact HTC Technical Support at 843-365-2186, available 24/7 and an onsite visit will need to be scheduled.

A call list is a list of people that you would like to have called in the event an alarm is triggered. This list is provided to HTC by you at the time of installation and can be altered at any time you choose.
