Complete the following steps.

• Press and hold TV and OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• When released the TV button will remain lit
• Enter 3 digit “Manufacturer’s Code” for the device (Refer to the PHAZR-5 User Guide PDF for your TV’s code).
  • If it is the correct code, TV will power off.
  • If TV does not power off, repeat step 2 and proceed to next code.
• When the correct code is entered, TV will power off.
• When TV powers off, press TV button again to save the code.

Complete the following steps.

• Press and hold TV and OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  • When released the TV button will remain lit
• Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly until the TV powers off.
• Press the TV button to save the code.

Complete the following steps.

• Press and hold CABLE and OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  • When released the CABLE button will remain lit

• Press VOLUME UP button once.
• Press TV button.
• Press CABLE button to put remote back in cable mode.

Complete the following steps.

• Press and hold CABLE and OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  • When released the CABLE button will remain lit
• Enter 3 digit “Manufacturer’s Code” (refer to the list below)
  • 002
  • 111
  • 148
• If the correct code is entered, the Cable Set-top box will power off & you should proceed to step 6.
• If the Cable Set-top box does not power off, repeat step 2 by trying another code, proceeding to the next code.
• When the Cable Set-top box powers off, the remote control is programmed.
• Press CABLE button again to save the code.

Complete the following steps.

• Press and hold ON/OFF and OK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  • When released the CABLE button will remain lit.
• Press TV
• Press POWER
• Press CABLE
• Press POWER
• CHANNEL UP
  • Remote should now power the TV and the Cable Set-top off/on with a single press of the System On/Off
