Apply for the 2025 FRS Scholarship

HTC and the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) together offer impending high school graduates the opportunity to receive financial assistance during their first year of college or vocational school through the FRS Scholarship Program. This nationally recognized program awards scholarships of up to $2,500 to high school students in rural communities who are pursuing higher education.
