HTC Blog: Universal Service Fund
The Universal Service Fund (USF) is a government program that helps HTC provide high quality, affordable communication services to rural areas. The USF program has slight changed throughout the years and now provides universal support through four mechanisms: High-Cost Support, Low Income Support, Rural Health Auto Support, and School and Libraries Support.
