What if I forgot my password?

Click the “Recover Lost Password” link on the My Account login page. Enter your email address and click “Retrieve Password.”

Your password will be emailed to you. Once you login, you can change your password at any time.

Where can I find my security code?

The Security Code is located on your bill below the statement date of your bill.

How do I find my security code if I do not have a copy of my paper bill?

If your paper bill is not available, please contact Customer Service at 843-365-2154 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

How do I reset my Wi-Fi password in My Account?

 

To change your Wi-Fi password, log in to My Account via the HTC homepage.

In My Account, click on Account Detail. When your details screen appears, find the Internet icon on the left-hand side. 

Click on the Actions button in that box, and scroll down to Manage My Wi-Fi. The new screen will give you the option to change your password or Wi-Fi network names. 

How do I reset my @sccoast email password in My Account?
  • To change your @sccoast email address password, log in to My Account via the HTC homepage.
  • In My Account, click on Account Detail. When your details screen appears, find the Internet icon on the left-hand side.
  • Click on the Actions button in that box, and scroll down to Manage sccoast.net Email. Click on the Action button to the left of your email address to change your email password.

 

How do I reset my TV Everywhere password in My Account?
  • To change your TV Everywhere password, log in to My Account via the HTC homepage.
  • In My Account, click on Account Detail. When your details screen appears, find the Cable icon on the left-hand side.
  • Click on the Actions button in that box, and scroll down to Manage TV Everywhere Accounts. Click on the Action button to the left of your TV Everywhere Account to change the password.
