SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST PERIOD: HTC Inc. reserves the right to end the contest at any time. Winner(s) will be selected from entries properly submitted and received in a timely manner during the Sweepstakes Period.
SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Sweepstakes or Contest Period, participants may submit one entry, and one entry only, unless otherwise specified.
PRIZE(S): The Prize(s) will be held at the HTC Inc. corporate office at 3480 US 701N, Conway, S.C. 29526 unless otherwise specified. Winner(s) will be drawn randomly from collective entries and contacted via Facebook or Instagram messenger. The winner(s) must claim their prize within 14
days of the drawing. If there is no response to messages or plan for pick-up, the prize(s) will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. After the prize is claimed, the winner must abide by any restrictions placed on voucher by the issuing donor (e.g. expiration
date for use, blackout dates, rules/regulations, et al.).
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes or Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, winner(s) agree(s) to release and hold HTC Inc. and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or Contest or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes/Contest or
use or redemption of the prize.
GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
