Upgrades Strengthen Your Network
HTC occasionally performs network upgrades that may cause a brief interruption of your services. When possible, we perform the upgrades between midnight and 6 am to minimize the impacts on you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand that occasional outages help strengthen the integrity of your network.

Channel Lineup Updates
9/23/25: Updates to HTC TV MAX
- Saved DVR content will be kept for 180 days
- Recordings may now be marked as “Saved” to prevent automatic deletion
- Deleted recordings will be held for 48-72 hours before permanent deletion
- Series recordings may be customized to save all episodes or the most recent (up to 10) airings.
