AutoPay TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Authorization for Automatic Payments

By enrolling in AutoPay, you authorize HTC to automatically charge your designated credit card or withdraw funds from your specified bank account to pay your recurring invoices. Payments will be processed on the due date specified on your billing statement or the date you select, know as the selected date, when setting up your Automatic Payments. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit availability in your account.

Payment Processing and Timing

Payments will be automatically processed on the date selected by member when enrolling in AutoPay. HTC is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

Changes to Payment Method

You may update your payment method by providing written notice or updating your payment information through your online account. Changes may take up to 5 business days to process. HTC is not responsible for any payment failures resulting from outdated or incorrect payment information.

Payment Failures and Fees

If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise fails, you assume full liability for any late fees, penalties, or additional charges as specified in your service agreement. HTC bears no responsibility for overdraft fees, insufficient funds charges, or any other fees incurred due to payment failures. It is your responsibility to promptly update your payment information to avoid service interruptions.

Cancellation of Autopay

You may cancel your AutoPay enrollment at any time by providing written notice at least 5 business days before the next scheduled payment. Cancellation requests may be submitted via email, phone, or through your online account. Any payments already in process cannot be canceled, and HTC is not liable for any transactions that are processed before cancellation is confirmed.

Authorization Duration

Your authorization for AutoPay remains in effect until you cancel. Cancellation or service does not automatically terminate your AutoPay enrollment. HTC reserves the right to cancel AutoPay enrollment at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, multiple failed payments. HTC is not liable for any consequences resulting from the termination of AutoPay enrollment.

Disputes and Refunds

If you believe a payment has been processed in error, you must notify HTC within 14 days of the transaction date. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our refund policy. HTC is not responsible for any losses, fees, or charges incurred due to disputed transactions. Refunds will be issued to your selected payment source used for Automatic Payments.

Data Security and Privacy

Your payment information will be securely stored and processed in compliance with industry standards. HTC will not share your payment details with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements. However, HTC is not responsible for unauthorized access, security breaches, or data compromises beyond its reasonable control.

Liability and Indemnification

By enrolling in Autopay, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Autopay, including but not limited to, payment failures, unauthorized transactions, and any fees incurred as a result of insufficient funds or incorrect payment information. HTC assumes no liability for financial losses resulting from Autopay transactions, errors, or system failures beyond its control.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

HTC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email, website updates, or billing statements. Continued use of Autopay after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
