HTC, Inc. (“HTC”) provides important account, billing and service information electronically to ensure faster, more efficient communication. By consenting to electronic delivery, you agree that HTC may send all notices, disclosures, and other communications related to your HTC account electronically instead of by postal mail.

1. Scope of Electronic Delivery

Your consent applies to all communications related to your HTC services, including but not limited to:

    • Account notifications, updates, and changes
    • Service-related notices, including maintenance updates, upgrades, and outages
    • Legal disclosures and policy updates

Account, billing and service-related notifications will be delivered through one or more of the following electronic methods:

• • • Email to the address associated with your HTC account
    • Access through your HTC My Account portal
    • Text message (where applicable) 

2. System Requirements

To receive and retain electronic communications, you must have:

• • • A valid email address on file with HTC
    • A computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access
    • A current web browser and PDF reader (for viewing downloadable documents)

3. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information, including your email address, current. You can update your email address or other contact details anytime by logging in to your HTC My Account profile or contacting HTC Member Services.

4. Withdrawing Consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent to electronic delivery, please log in to your HTC My Account profile or contact HTC Member Services.

Please note that by withdrawing consent, you may no longer be able to access certain services electronically and may be subject to additional processing times.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use HTC services, you acknowledge and agree to this Electronic Delivery Policy and consent to receive all HTC communications electronically.
