Cooperative Spirit Scholarship

HTC is proud to continue to support area students. Prior to the end of the 2020-21 school year, we were able to recognize select seniors throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties with the presentation of our Cooperative Spirit Scholarship Awards.

One recipient from each high school in the HTC service area received a $1,000 scholarship, of which $500 will be applied in the upcoming fall semester and $500 will be applied to their Spring 2022 tuition.

The prerequisites for those being selected for the Cooperative Spirit Scholarship Award include enrolling at Horry Georgetown Technical College, having high academic marks and demonstrating leadership qualities in their individual communities.

If you, or someone you know, may be eligible for this scholarship in 2022, visit your school webpage and contact your school counselor.
