OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of Horry, Georgetown and Marion Counties, S.C. You must be 18 years of age or older. Employees or families of employees of HTC Inc. are welcome to participate but not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Challenge constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
COLLECTION PERIOD: The Entry collection starts on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 and ends on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST (the “Collection Period”). Administrator’s computer timeclock shall be the official timekeeper for all Contest purposes. Evidence of submitting an entry does not constitute evidence Administrator received the entry.
CHALLENGE PERIOD: There will be a voting period of all the entries to determine which of the entries tells the best story. This will start on Wednesday, January 25, 2026 and ends on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. EST (the “Challenge Period”). Administrator’s computer timeclock shall be the official timekeeper for all Contest purposes. Evidence of submitting an entry does not constitute evidence Administrator received the entry.
COLLECTION ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Collection Period, participants can send their video submissions to socialmedia@htcinc.net. All videos will be then published to the Contest Entry Page for voting by HTC followers/fans. Along with the submitted video, each entry must include:
• Entrant’s full name
• Entrant’s address
• Entrant’s email address
• Entrant’s phone number
Completed entries must be sent via email to socialmedia@htcinc.net and must be received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 to be eligible.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:
• The Submission must not include any private information of a third party such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement.
• The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Challenge.
• The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor.
• The Submission must not contain material that Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous in any way.
• The Submission must not contain material that Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or to promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
• The Submission must not contain any solicitations, spam, or commercial messages.
• Any Submission that does not meet the foregoing requirements may be disqualified.
All entries and Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor has no duty to publish or display any Submissions, except in its sole discretion.
PRIZE: The top three videos that receive the most votes during the Collection Period will receive a credit toward their HTC internet invoice, based on the current monthly rate for 1Gig service. The credit will appear within two (2) billing cycles.
• First Prize: 3 months internet credit
•Second Prize: 2 months internet credit
• Third Prize: 1 month internet credit
The winning entries will be notified by email, and an announcement will be made on the HTC Connect page and social media outlets.
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold HTC Inc. and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Challenge or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Challenge or use or redemption of the prize.
GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Challenge, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
SPONSOR: HTC Inc. This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other entity or social media platform.
