Upgrades Strengthen Your Network
HTC occasionally performs network upgrades that may cause a brief interruption of your services. When possible, we perform the upgrades between Midnight and 6 AM to minimize the impacts on you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand that occasional outages help strengthen the integrity of your network.

Channel Lineup Updates
Line-up subject to change. Channels may be removed or added to the HTC line-up without advanced notice. This may include, but not limited to, channels that have been changed by their media ownership group and/or discontinued and beyond the control of HTC.
6/12/2026: UNC TV (PBS) – Channel 95. Channel will no longer be broadcast on HTC network.
6/30/2026: FanDuel Networks – Channels 48 & 49 are shutting down.
7/19/2026: STARZ – West Coast (Duplicate) Feeds will no longer be available.
