Lunch Provided by HTC as Show of Appreciation to DSS Employees for Community Service
Efforts Come as Part of Cooperative’s ‘Helping The Community’ Initiative
October 16, 2023, Conway, S.C., – HTC, the area’s largest fiber internet provider, today announced that the Cooperative purchased 60 tickets to support a local chicken bog fundraiser, held by The Pilot Club of Conway, and fed DSS employees.
The Cooperative’s ongoing “Helping The Community” initiative supports local organizations to help ensure worthwhile causes have the support they need to make an impact on our community.
“It’s nice to be recognized by local businesses, such as HTC, for the work we do each day that greatly impacts the lives of area youth. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated,” said Marsha Crosland, Foster Care Program Coordinator.
