HTC members who are connected by fiber have a gigacenter in their homes to power the internet. As with any technology, sometimes this gigacenter will need to be rebooted.

    1. If you’re having connectivity issues, and it’s not due to an outage, the first step would be to reboot. Often, that solves the problem. But if it doesn’t, our Technical Services team is available 24/7 at 843.365.2186.

  1. They were working on fiber in our area, have they finished up yet??? Is there any thing I need to do on my end??
