Step 1: Log in to My Account online or through the HTC My Account app. If you’re new to My Account you’ll need to create an account.Â
Step 2: Click on Go Paperless
Step 3: Confirm your selection and click on Go Paperless
Success! You’re enrolled in paperless billing.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your paperless billing status. You always have the option of returning to paper statements at any time.

Whatever your reasons, if you decide you prefer paper bills, follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Log in to My Account online or through the HTC My Account app.Â
Step 2: Click on Switch to Printed Bill
Step 3:Â Click on Switch to Paper Bills
Success! You are now enrolled in paper billing. Please allow one billing cycle for your request to be completed.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your paper billing status. You always have the option of returning to paperless at any time.
