It’s that time of year again! Capital Credits are being distributed!
Did you know…with HTC, Cooperative membership has its rewards!
Since 1979, HTC has refunded $174 million to members in our local communities and this year, the HTC Board of Directors approved a 2023 Capital Credit refund of $7.5 million. This refund represents a portion of the 2006 and 2021 allocations.
This year’s refunds have already begun being issued to members and will continue through September.
It’s important to remember If your Capital Credit refund is $50.01 or more, you will (if you have not already) receive a check in the mail. If is $50 or less, the refund will be applied to your monthly bill.

HTC not only provides access to the latest in communication services (and second to none outstanding local customer service), but the main point which sets HTC apart is Membership, which equals ownership. Since HTC operates as a nonprofit cooperative, profits earned are allocated back to members in the form of Capital Credits. Your allocations are proportionate to the amount you spent on qualifying HTC services.
