HTC Expands Fiber Internet Service to The City of Marion

The Local Cooperative Will Bring Reliable Fiber Internet to Marion Residents and Businesses With Speeds Starting at 1 Gig.

June 11, 2026, Conway, S.C. —HTC, the largest telecommunications cooperative in the United States and the area’s largest fiber internet provider, is expanding fiber internet service into the City of Marion.

The multimillion-dollar project will allow HTC to serve most of the residents and businesses in the City of Marion. Construction is already underway on a grant-funded portion of the project, and HTC will complete the remaining work throughout the summer.
