  1. How to I know if my currently installed HTC router/modem is an HTC Gigacenter router? I live in Market Common and currently have a HTC ZyXEL Router installed. I am on FiberOptics.

    1. Our initial post incorrectly stated that all homes with fiber have gigacenters. If you have a ZyXel or Arris modem, you do not have a Gigacenter. You can find the make/model on your modem or call Member Services at 843.365.2154 and a representative can tell you what equipment you have in your home.
