With all the passwords to remember, it’s no doubt that we may forget our login information. HTC has multiple passwords for the various services offered. With the HTC My Account App, you can quickly and easily gain access.
Click the Forgot Password link on the My Account login page.
Enter your email address associated with your online member profile, the recaptcha code listed on the page and click “Send Reset Email.”
You will see verification that the password recovery is in progress.
You will receive an email notification. Click on the Recover Password and it will take you back to HTC My Account.
Create and confirm a new password, enter the recaptcha code and click Reset Password.
You will receive an email confirmation that the process has been completed.
To change your Wi-Fi password, log into HTC My Account and click on Manage My Services.
On the ‘My Services Overview’ page, click on the Internet link.
Scroll down and click on the My Home Wi-Fi tile.
On the In-Home Wi-Fi Settings page, make any necessary changes to your Wi-Fi Password or Wi-Fi Network Names and click Save Changes.
Please note: HTC no longer offer @sccoast email accounts as part of our services. If you have an sccoast email account, it will remain active as long as you access it at least once every 120 days. If you do have an account, you can manage it as outlined below.

To change your @sccoast email password, log into HTC My Account and click on Manage My Services.
On the ‘My Services Overview’ page, click on the Internet link.
Scroll down and click on the Manage Email.
On the ‘Manage sccoast.net Email’ page, click Edit to the right of your @sccoast email address.
Enter the new password for your @sccoast email and click Save Changes.
To change your TV Everywhere password, log into HTC My Account and click on Manage My Services.
On the My Services Overview page, click on the blue Video link.
Scroll down and click on the Access TV Everywhere tile.
On the Manage TV Everywhere Access page, click on the blue Edit button on the right.
Enter the new password for your TV Everywhere account and click Save Changes.
To change your HTC TV MAX password, log into HTC My Account and click on Manage My Services.
On the My Services Overview page, click the HTC TV MAX link.
Scroll down and click on the Access HTC TV MAX.
On the Manage HTC TV MAX Access page, click on the blue Edit option on the right.
Enter the new password for your HTC TV MAX account and click Save Changes.
